Yes, the trainer is delivering the course in real time which is the same as a classroom course. Using zoom you have the ability to flag that you wish to communicate with the trainer. Generally, the candidate’s microphones are muted to stop disruptions and the flow of the course. So questions may be answered at set points during the course. You are fully supported throughout the course and sometimes your questions may be indepth and require 1 to 1 time with the trainer so this method prevents distractions to other candidates.
