Project Skills Solutions; For all workers of all levels in all industries within the UK to have health and safety knowledge in order to work safely.
Project Skills Solutions was established in 2004 with its head office in Essex, we are privately owned and family run. Since 2004 we have been providing companies and individuals with the widest options for safety training available at the most competitive prices with nationwide coverage.
Whether you are an individual looking to get on site or a company with a whole workforce to retrain we have the solution for you.
Peter Ely started Project Skills Solutions in October 2004, with a background in project management Peter knew too well the challenges of getting skilled, qualified and safe staff at the right time. The idea of starting a total solution for companies and their safety training requirements emerged to ease the challenges companies face every day.
As the company has grown so have our venues. The more we spoke with our clients the more we realised date options to fit courses easily into people’s schedules and convenient locations were important when finding a training course.
Kat Ely and Sam Barton took on the task of growing the company’s coverage with the ambitious goal to be delivering courses across the UK within 5 years so wherever you are based we can offer a convenient date that suits your schedule, not ours.
As it stands to date we have over 25 venues from Essex across to Swansea, up to Edinburgh and everywhere in between. Starting with IOSH Managing Safely we have since added a range of courses based on our customers’ needs and ambitions to help people achieve their career goals on site or in health and safety. Our range now includes IOSH Working Safely, CITB Site Safety Plus, and NEBOSH National General Certificate and continues to grow based on our customers and their needs.
Our focus is, and will always remain, the quality of our training delivery, we offer an easy booking process with great quality training to be delivered in comfortable surroundings. Our people are key to our success, from our initial conversations with clients to them receiving the certification our customer experience will not be compromised. From the successful completion of the course up until you receive your certification you will receive update emails keeping you up to date with tracking your certification.
Our marketing has been key to the success of our brand awareness with our mascot Marvin along with our slogan “Don’t Duck Out of Training’. Every delegate who attends a training course with Project Skills Solutions will receive a Marvin, our yellow duck stress ball. Be sure to follow our #WheresMarvin tag.

The Project Skills Solutions slogan is “Don’t Duck Out Of Training”, this is brought to life by Marvin, there are a few cartoon versions of him for our different courses.
