What Is NEBOSH?

NEBOSH stands for the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health. It is a privately awarded body with charitable status, offering a comprehensive range of globally recognised qualifications designed to meet the health, safety and environmental management needs of all workplaces.

The NEBOSH course is for a duration of 11 days (including one day for exams to take place), where you will gain a broad understanding of key health and safety issues. The course covers the legal requirements for health and safety within the UK and the identification and control of workplace hazards. Once you complete your course, you will gain the NEBOSH National General Certificate.

Project Skills Solutions offers the NEBOSH National General Certificate course at our training centre situated in Victoria, London, just off Vauxhall Bridge Road. Nearby are St James Park station (a 6-minute walk) and Victoria underground station (a 10-minute walk). With our training centre conveniently located around some of London’s famous attractions, you’ll have a range of places you can visit after the course hours.

The course hours are from 9 am-4 pm, and the venue is air-conditioned. There is limited parking available at our training venue, which must be booked in advance. Alternatively, there is nearby chargeable street parking available at Vincent Square. Lunch is not included, so please provide your own.

Alternatively, the course is delivered in Basildon, Essex, at the Holiday Inn, or it can be completed virtually through a trainer-led online session or self-paced eLearning.
