The IOSH course starts with the module ‘Introducing managing safely’ with delegates learning about the moral, legal and financial reasons to manage safely. As a manager what is your role in influencing managing safely?
Responsibility leads to accountability- you can delegate responsibility but you can’t give away your accountability- you’re ultimately accountable
Do you know what a risk is? What is a risk assessment? Do you know how to carry out a risk assessment?
